La Lonja Marina Charter

The marina La Lonja Marina Charter is located in the commercial port of Palma, right in the center near the Lonja and the cathedral of Palma. It currently integrates a total of 104 moorings with lengths between 12 and 40 m to accommodate boats for tourist rental - charter.

The work and subsequent reform projected by TP&E in 2018 has served as the basis for the granting of a term extension by the Balearic Islands Port Authority and has contemplated the following set of actions that have involved an investment of more than 3 million euros:

• Construction of two jetties 8 m. wide and 2,155 m2 in area
• Installation of seven charging points for electric vehicles
• Access control for vehicles with spaces protected by retractable bollards
• Perimeter anti-intrusion system
• Installation of three new sanitary modules
• New paving of docks and parking area — 3,200 m2
• Installation of an ecological station for dirty water
• New solar lighting system and service turrets
