This department is the one with the most professionals developing projects. Taller de Projectes presents one of the most important curricula in urban projects within the engineering of the sector. The differentiating element of the work of Taller de Projectes is the extensive multidisciplinary team it has.

Noteworthy among the large number of projects developed is the one corresponding to the PARQUE PUBLICO y APARCAMIENTO SA PILOTA promoted by the Alcudia Town Council, a finalist project in the Balearic Public Works Improvement Competition promoted by the Balearic College of Civil Engineers.

Another significant action is the Technical Assistance in the urbanization of the Polígono de Son Oms in Palma that developed 800,000 m2 of industrial land.
